'Murder charge for dumpers'...Cabinet classifies death of throwaway babies as crime that warrants death sentence! Yeah!
I guess this is the best decision made by the cabinet in order to overcome this big issue...throwaway babies!
Yah2, hoping that these kind of cases will reduce SIGNIFICANTLY after this :)
