Lamanya tak update blog nih. Cam dah ada sawang jek rasa.
Currently I'm working under stress :D!
Lots of things need to think and think and think!
So what are the things? Let me list them now :
- my 2nd test which is a take home test. Even though it is an open book test, but of course the answers are not there! :P
- my final exam is just around the corner. Arrgghhh! I have done nothing for this exam. No time to read as I'm busy working with my research.
- My research.. research... and research! What can I say now is just I'm still waiting for my project's outcome as I cannot predict it in the near future. I'm still running some experiments but the outcomes are still weirdo to me. And the bad thing is a few students are waiting for my results since their coming topics are totally based on my project. Adui la....lagi la stress!
That's y I'm so busy for the time being.
But of course no matter how busy I am, my responsibility towards my family is always my 1st priority. Since today is the last day of puasa 6 (MyPartner jek yang puasa), so I decided to cook something for him even though I was trapped in the traffic jam just now. Grrr!
Arrived home at 6 pm.
So what did I cook?
- Kari ayam
- Sayur kacang botol goreng
- Ikan bilis goreng bercili
Simple dimple :P
But it's ok. The most important is just the thoughts that count! :)

sedap giler tgk gambar ikan bilis goreng akak tu...nk recipe bley??
sha..ikan bilis akak tuh sempoi jek.tapi since akak takut sha ngidam lak, akak kasik je resepi yang akak sendiri pun malu nak kasik :D
1. Goreng garing ikan bilis sampai garing dan ketepikan.
2. Tumis bawang merah+bawang putih yang digoreng sampai naik bau dalam kuantiti minyak yang sedikit.
3. Masukkan 2 sudu besar pes cili kering dan goreng sampai pecah minyak sikit.
4. Masukkan air asam jawa skit.
5. Tambahkan garam+gula sesedap rasa.
6. Tutup api then tunggu sambal tadi sejuk, baru gaulkan dengan ikan bilis tadi.
* Yang sedapnya ikan bilis nih berhari2 akan tetap garing dan rangup :)

stgh orang letak cuka sikit..bg apa ek..huhuhu..rasanya utk keringkan sambal tu kot..xde la basah sgt...
nota utk diri sendiri: echeh..cakap je pandai..tapi x penah buat pun..hahahaha...
erin..yang letak cuka tuh kalo tak silap akak nak bagi garing je rasanya. Tapi yang akak buat nih, selalunya kalo 4 hari pun still garing. Janji kena minyak sikit la masa masak sambal.Tips2 lain akak tak taw :D

Sayang bagi resepi Brokoli goreng kat diorang nih...kampong diorang nih...hari hari makan pegaga ngan petai :)
ohh,pegaga dgn petai bukan ke makanan ulam-ulaman abang? perli diri sendiri ke? :D
fact: Petai mengurangkan stress.
Ada banyak beza antara org yang
suka makan petai, xsuka makan petai, suka makan tapi malu nak cakap makan petai pon ada.. apa2 ja lah..
hanya di toilet saja dapat prove sapa makan petai..harum baunya..
